Because as of right now, Nioh 3 hasn’t been announced, let alone released! Team Ninja, the brilliant minds behind the Nioh series, haven’t given us any official word on a Nioh 3. The last we saw of William and Hide was in the fantastic Nioh 2 and its subsequent DLCs, which wrapped up the saga quite nicely.
